Shake your body. Yes, quite literally shake it to wake it! Whack on your headphones, crank up the tunes and throw some shapes as you nail your chores.
Smile as you breathe. Never forget breath work can get be invigorating.
And, as always, get outdoors. Go for that walk, climb that hill, move your fabulous body and feel the tingle of energy run through you.
