We often don't focus on the importance of stretching after exercise. But it is key. So much so that not stretching after a tough session can impair our progress. Our bodies literally tighten where we need flexibility
Progression requires strength which comes from alignment, technique and respecting your body enough to feel it the love it needs. Nutrients. Stretching. Alignment time.
So make sure you don't declare your next training session over until you've found those extra few moments for a stretch. You'll quickly see how much you improve over the next few weeks.
