SLOWLY BUT SURELY
Freedom. We're getting a taste for it again! As we emerge from isolation, our minds leap to how we might move our bodies more. A word to the wise: take your time!
Jumping straight back into our old routines at former fitness levels will cause soreness at best, injury at worst. And where does that leave us? With more rest and down time. NO THANK YOU!
Little by little we will build back up, each to our own appropriate amount of activity. Four things to think about: Don't forget activations before activity. You'll get your body in line. And don't forget stretches once you've finished. You'll elongate those muscles and get past stiffness. Water to rehydrate. Rest time to recover.
