Training. It's hard work, yes, but it doesn't need to be a slog. In fact, it should be fun. After all, when we are playful and enjoying the moment, we can endure things for longer.
Smile at your achievements.
Giggle off silly errors.
Learn as you laugh along the way.
There are many ways to dial up the fun: Perhaps play with new kit at the gym? Maybe try to exercise in the park? Or jog with a friend for a catch up?
Try these ideas, or anything else you might enjoy, at your next session. Simply remember why you are doing it and remember to smile because you ARE doing it!
