What is it that drives you? What really makes you tick?
For some, it will be how others perceive you. For many, it is friends' and family's expectations. For others, an upcoming event when you want to look your best.
We focus so much of what we want out for life on how it makes us feel. Yet instead perhaps we should concentrate on what really matters to us - rather than meeting other people's expectations.
Because if we are in a happy and healthy space, everything else might just fall into place.
Setting targets is so importance. And when you next do, just ask yourself this: "who am I doing this for?" And feel free to shout the answer: "FOR ME"!!
