With the days now longer (and warmer*) the park is now your playground. Time to max out the outdoors for your wellness routine.

Some yoga, a run, a coffee, the papers. However your mornings shape up, do your thing in an open space. Nothing beats the backdrop of morning dew on a summer’s day.

But plan ahead. Exercise in any heat is hard. Some pro tips to keep in mind:

- Train during the cooler hours; mornings for us early birds - evenings for you night owls.

- Stay hydrated.

- Remember your breath work: it’s key to sustainability and recovery.

Enjoy the sunshine, people. And the great outdoors!
